X2 Resorts are pleased to announce that they will begin the construction of its third design property baring the award winning X2 brand here on the pristine island of Koh Kood.
Here on the very waters edge of this virgin untouched land, the chic designer brand will create just 20 Fully Serviced Resort Residences comprising 14 boutique ‘Pool villas’ and 6 Ultra Chic ‘Island Suites’.
These superb residences will be offered out for sale to a few privileged private owners who may then if they wish rent out there dream home via our professional rental and management program run by BHMA (Boutique Hotel Management Asia).
These first class residences will open in 2013 and as with all X2 Resorts have access to all the normal 5 Star facilities and service such as Spa, In Room Dining, Library and Business centre, Gym/fitness room and of course direct access to a plethora of water sports and other activities, afforded them via our resort alongside. |
